Reporting administratively to the Manager, Clinical Operations and clinically reporting to the Practice Leader, Psychology, the Clinical Psychologist is in charge of psychological services and responsible for the provision of a full range of psychological assessments/tests, interpretations and treatments for clients and their families within the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) program. The Clinical Psychologist has full program development responsibility and provides consultation to referral sources regarding issues relevant to the practice of clinical psychology. The Clinical Psychologist provides psychological assessment and diagnosis, and collaborates with physicians and other care providers regarding treatment planning for clients experiencing symptoms of acute mental illness.
