We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Clinical Psychologist
to join our residential care team supporting children and young people with complex trauma and emotional needs. This role involves direct therapeutic work with residents and families, psychological assessment, and systemic collaboration to foster healing, resilience, and reintegration. Psychotherapy & Family Work Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for residents with significant therapeutic needs, and support their families where appropriate. Facilitate recovery through evidence-based interventions, psychoeducation, and collaborative work with key stakeholders (e.g., families, schools, community partners). Support high-risk residents in processing trauma and developing emotional regulation and coping strategies.
