Responsibilities
Act as the primary clinical contact for new EHR implementation clients.
Support new practices that are transitioning to our EHR system by completing clinical setups and required software changes based on the client's needs.
Assist in creating and updating clinical templates, encounter forms, order sets, lab orders, and documentation tools.
Support basic EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, macros, labs, and procedures.
Assist in conducting remote training sessions for U.S.-based healthcare providers and internal teams.
Guide users through clinical documentation workflows such as HPI, ROS, Physical Exam, Assessment, and Plan.
