Clinical Research Associate

Role Description

The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for overseeing clinical trials to ensure they are conducted in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The CRA acts as the primary liaison between the sponsor and clinical trial sites, ensuring accurate data collection, patient safety, and overall study quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clinical trial sites through initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Verify accuracy and completeness of clinical data in Case Report Forms (CRFs)
• Review source documents and ensure proper documentation practices
• Train site staff on study requirements and procedures
• Track study progress, enrollment, and site performance
