**Description**

The Clinical Research Coordinator II will support day-to-day study operation, including home dialysis patient and caregiver participant recruitment, data collection, retention activities, tracking study visits/calls, and data management. This position will also develop and update SOPs and other related study documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Manages research project databases, develops flow sheets and other study related documents, and completes source documents/case report forms.
