Clinical Resource Nurse (Calgary)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Prominence Way Retirement Community, located in Calgary, Alberta is actively seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join our growing team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for providing orientation and continuous learning opportunities for all site staff members. The Clinical Resource Nurse will also evaluate clinical staff competencies on an ongoing basis and promote the use of best practice standards, in conjunction with contractual and legislative requirements, as well as Signature Retirement Living policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promotes and supports evidence‑based practice inclusive of Alberta Health and Alberta Health Services standards.
