This service is built on frameworks such as Pōwhiri Poutama and Te Whare Tapa Whā, supporting Whaiora to reconnect with identity, heal from trauma, and build sustainable, substance‑free futures. You’ll lead a passionate, multidisciplinary team and shape a service designed to create real, lasting change. This role is based in Kāpiti.
