Position Summary

The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for the oversight, performance management, and clinical excellence of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) team. This role serves as the primary escalation point for clinical and operational issues, ensuring high-quality patient care, productivity, accurate documentation, and strong relationships with partner facilities. The Clinical Services Manager collaborates closely with medical leadership, training, and operations to drive process improvement, education, and key departmental initiatives.
