Clinical Social Worker (A/B)

The Department of Mental Health (DMH) Tewksbury Hospital Hathorne Units an experienced, dynamic and compassionate candidate to serve as a Clinical Social Worker (AB). The selected candidate will enhance the level of service provided to clients on the Medically Enhanced Unit (MEU) while supporting the DMH initiative for recovery based practices and Person Centered Planning. The MEU serves patients with co-occurring psychiatric and medical diagnoses such as end stage renal disease, cancer, eating disorders, failure to thrive or in need of short term rehabilitation etc. The MEU also supports patients and families through end-of-life care and navigating advanced care directives. *Please Note:*These positions are full time, 40 hours per week.
