Clinical Solution Advisor

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as a Clinical Solution Advisor (SA).

Provide technical expertise using Oracle Health configuration tools (e.g., DCPTools, CoreEventManager, Bedrock) to manage clinical solutions.

Use EHR expertise to support knowledge transfers.

Work independently on design/development of new software products or enhancements to existing software for healthcare or clinical environment.

Manage, escalate, and resolve tickets and change requests using ServiceNow with understanding of Oracle Health Model recommendations.

Manage functional validation and end-user testing for EHR and integrated third party solutions; assist other EHRM testing events as needed.

Demonstrate strong leadership, written/oral communications, analysis, data gathering, and organization skills.
