PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The above role is responsible for providing clinical support for the BIOTRONIK Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio directly or indirectly to hospitals, medical professionals, and allied partners. The incumbent is responsible for building strong customer relations through excellent customer service and support function teams to contribute to programs meant to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain market share, and to grow the business portfolio .
