• Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine surgical cases.
• Apply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and usage instructions of Stryker products.
• Manage case pre‑arrangement and instrument & implant kit monitoring.
• Handle inventory management and invo customers and branch operations.
• Support consigned and owned inventory management by delivering, organizing and monitoring inventory of implants and instruments at customer locations.
• Attend and support routine primary surgical procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot product‑related issues related to a customer’s application of a product.
