Align Tech is looking for a motivated and experienced Clinician to provide clinical leadership to a group of technicians with occasional help from Senior Clinical Specialist levels. Should demonstrate the ability and maturity to achieve and maintain technician's respect. The Clinical Specialist should provide assistance on clinical inquiries to Align employees and prescribing doctors that require specialized dental expertise. Clinical Hotline participation and positive attitude should be seen on employees in this category and must start clinical communication with external customers. The Clinical Specialist must be able to identify difficult customer situations and shall be able to point to remedy in the Invisalign and/or CAD-CAM services products.
