Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor – Day/Evening Treatment Program at Addiction Services Central Ontario (ASCO). This permanent, full‑time position (35 hours per week, 5 days) requires a minimum of 4 on‑site days per week and at least one evening and some Saturdays. The role is based in Aurora, Ontario and supports clients across York Region, South Simcoe and North York.

ASCO is a charitable, community‑based addiction and mental‑health services organization. The Clinical Supervisor will develop a new Day/Evening Treatment Program, oversee clinical supervision, support program evaluation, and collaborate with agency partners and Ontario Health Teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a senior clinician, oversee clinical services to clients—including assessment, case formulation, goal‑setting, group coordination, life‑skills teaching, counselling, crisis intervention, case management and referral.
