Clinical Support Coordinator Working Hours:
42 hours/week
(5.5days) Job Responsibilities:
Perform
blood collection
(
venipuncture, capillary, heel-prick
) and related procedures (
ECG, spirometry
)
efficiently
and
accurately
. Maintain a
clean work area
and comply with
infection control
and
workplace safety
guidelines. Verify
patient identity
using
two identifiers
before testing. Ensure proper
documentation practices
and
traceability
of samples. Provide excellent
customer service
to
patients, doctors, and vendors
, both
in-person
and over the
phone
. Required Skills and Experience:
- N/O Level, ITE Certificate/Diploma
in
Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences
, or a
Phlebotomy Certificate
. - Minimum
2-5 years
of experience performing
phlebotomy
in a
fast-paced environment
