Clinical Support Specialist, Joint Replacement, Western Region

The **Clinical Support Specialist** responsibilities include directly supporting Stryker products associated with **Joint Replacement** procedures and optimizing customer service. This role within **Western Region,** **Saudi Arabia** will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class procedural solution.

Additional responsibilities also include working with the local sales representative to coordinate training and in-theatre support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in theatres and in the wider hospital are delivered.

**What you will do**

+ Attend cases in theatre and clinical environments, providing hands-on support and training to HCPs and surgical staff while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
+ Audit and manage Stryker stock, including implants, disposables, and instruments, ensuring proper utilization, stock rotation, and consignment inventory practices.
