Distributes the work in a manner that makes the best use of available resources, both personnel and material, and which considers the knowledge, skills, and abilities of those persons who will be integral to the patient care process. The CTL provides ongoing coordination of work and resources as necessary to meet changing requirements in the work environment. This includes working with clinical logistics and crisis services to optimally coordinate patient flow.
