The START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) model serves people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. This comprehensive model of service supports and optimizes independence, treatment, and community living for individuals with I/DD and behavioral health needs. Under supervision of the START Program Director, the Therapeutic Coach Team Leader



supervises a team of START Therapeutic Coaches, providing in-home coaching services across assigned region(s). The Team Lead hires, trains and supports the START Therapeutic Coaches in all aspects of their role, within the START model.
