Clinical Trials Pipeline & Opportunity Developer

Position Summary

The Business Development Associate is responsible for end-to-end pipeline development and opportunity intelligence within the clinical research lifecycle. This role focuses exclusively on identifying, evaluating, qualifying, and advancing clinical trial opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities and therapeutic priorities. This position does not include responsibilities related to budget development, contract negotiation, or financial structuring. Instead, it serves as a front‑end engine for study acquisition, ensuring a high-quality, strategically aligned pipeline for downstream feasibility and contracting team members.
