Clinical Unit Clerk Position Available

Support the clinical nursing team as a Unit Clerk with client care coordination. Your role will enhance MDS assessment scheduling, medication orders, and client chart management.
This position reports to the Clinical Support Coordinator and involves key administrative support for nursing staff. You'll manage client admissions, transfers, and discharges while coordinating appointments and necessary testing. Your attention to detail will support the Director of Care, contributing to excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule MDS assessments and manage laboratory requisitions
• Coordinate client appointments and transportation needs
• Develop and edit correspondence and reports accurately
• Maintain office and medical supplies efficiently
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
• Valid Unit Clerk certificate essential
• Experience in medical office settings is an asset
