Your primary responsibility would be to build world‑class suite products to support the hyper‑growth of our businesses in 10 countries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and launching customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, win‑back) using MoEngage.
• Create and schedule push notification, email, and in‑app/web banner campaigns aligned to the customer lifecycle stage.
• Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio; compile regular performance reports.
• Track user behaviour and funnel events using Firebase to identify drop‑off points and engagement opportunities.
