Job Description:
We're looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own the full customer journey, from first touch to loyal advocate. You'll build and manage automation workflows across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App channels using tools like Braze, HubSpot, or Iterable, delivering personalized experiences that drive activation and reduce churn.
Beyond execution, you'll dig into behavioral data to segment audiences, run A/B tests, and own core KPIs like LTV, Conversion Rate, and revenue lift. You'll also work cross-functionally with P...
