We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Lifecycle Manager to join our team.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for contract lifecycle processes Configure Icertis ICI components including templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata Design end-to-end CLM processes for corporate contracts Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams Support UAT training and go-live activities Ensure alignment of CLM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies sprint-based delivery Provide functional guidance best practices for CLM adoption
