QUALIFICATIONS

– BSc. Business, Marketing, Engineering or other Ag-related degree

– At least 8 years Ag production equipment industry experience

– Strong business acumen with proven sales management and P&L responsibility

– Strong leadership / mentoring / coaching skill set with strong negotiation skills

– Ag background a MUST

– Sales production or sales engineering experience within the Swine industry extremely beneficial

– Self-directed and proactive with ability to work well within a matrix reporting work environment

– Fluency with Urdu, Bengali and Hindi with strong verbal and written fluency in English

– Ability to travel within Philippines area
