Closing Assistant

We are looking for a skilled
Closing Assistant
with a strong background in the
local or U.S. mortgage/home loan industry
. In this role, you will oversee the
loan closing process
, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in mortgage disclosures, regulations, and closing procedures
.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all
  redisclosures
  including
  Change of Circurrence (COC)
  ,
  Loan Estimates (LEs)
  , and
  Closing Disclosures (CDs)
  , ensuring accuracy in fees, escrows, and regulatory compliance.
• Once a loan reaches
  Clear to Close
  status, balance the
  Closing Disclosure
  with the title company and submit all
  Prior To Document (PTD)
  conditions for underwriter review and approval.
• Independently manage a
  loan pipeline
