Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead the activities of your Office while respecting quality and deadlines. Lead, support, encourage, motivate, and develop your team. Coordinate and analyze flows. Ensure the adjustment of resources according to production capacities and the workload plan. Design, develop, implement, and monitor dashboards for the division and coordinate with the respective Divisions clients.
