Hiring for the following position:
Position Title: Garment Technician
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
-Interpret designers' sketches and translate them into accurate technical specifications.
-Create and update tech packs, measurement charts, and garment construction details.
-Work closely with pattern cutters and sampling team to ensure correct garment fit and construction.
-Conduct fit sessions, evaluate samples, and provide clear comments for improvement.
-Ensure all garments meet compliance, quality, and performance standards.
-Continuously evaluate and improve garment construction for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in related field
-8–10 years of Garment Technician experience in a kid's fashion retail brand
-Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting and grading
