Cloud Administrator Senior

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Cloud Administrator in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience in incident management, escalated ticket resolution, and production support.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and implementation of long‑term remediation strategies.
• Experience with proactive monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization of cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure management, including patching, updates, and configuration changes.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, access control, identity, and role management.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and AMS operational processes.
