Job Description

In this position, you will:
Lead the implementation and delivery management of Huawei Cloud projects across public cloud, private cloud, trusted cloud, and edge cloud
Oversee the full cloud adoption lifecycle for government and enterprise clients, including readiness assessment, business migration, testing, deployment, acceptance, and managed services
Establish standardized delivery frameworks, processes, and quality evaluation systems to ensure institutionalized, consistent, and high‑satisfaction service delivery
Develop and maintain risk identification and response mechanisms for Huawei Cloud delivery projects
Manage project implementation costs with rigor, optimize delivery workflows, and enhance profitability and resource utilization efficiency
