Cloud Architect

Role Overview
The Cloud Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on on-premises to cloud migration and automation.
This role delivers hands-on technical execution across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and operational readiness while working closely with cloud architects and programme teams to ensure successful migration and stable operations.
The Cloud Engineer is expected to independently deliver technical tasks and contribute to improving automation, standardisation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Infrastructure Implementation
Deploy and configure Azure infrastructure components based on approved designs.
Build and manage services including:
Virtual Machines & Scale Sets
Virtual Networks, NSGs, Route Tables
Load Balancers and Application Gateways
Storage Accounts and Backup services
