Cloud Consultant, Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Consultant, Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring system health, managing backups and restores, handling tickets, and coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

A Day in the Life typically includes:

• Perform system health checks and validate backup success (BRMS).
• Handle restoration requests and troubleshoot related issues.
• Monitor Wintel restarts, disk space issues, RDP access problems, and server availability.
• Configure and manage Halcyon alerts and monitoring rules.
• Analyze and address ERP application alerts (e.g., environment down, job failures, subsystem or login issues).
• Investigate and resolve ASP performance spikes across AS400 servers.
• Work closely with the hosting partner for customer-related escalations.
