This role is responsible for monitoring system health, managing backups and restores, handling tickets, and coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.A Typical Day in the Life Includes:Perform system health checks and validate backup success (BRMS).
Handle restoration requests and troubleshoot related issues.Monitor Wintel restarts, disk space issues, RDP access problems, and server availability.Configure and manage Halcyon alerts and monitoring rules.Analyze and address ERP application alerts (e.G., environment down, job failures, subsystem or login issues).
