**Role:** Cloud Engineer

**The Team:** S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization team is a creative team of experts collaborating across divisions and driving continuous improvements in platform innovation and usability.

**The Impact:** Joining our team in Canada, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and expanding our cloud/on-premise infrastructure, monitoring and alerting frameworks, onboarding/migration projects, and interacting with the wider DevOps, QA, and development team.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, and scalability.
+ Provide BAU Production support, and resolve issues either spotted by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact
