Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer you will be working in a high-performance team of Cloud and Infrastructure support professionals. You will predominantly be responsible for the delivery of operational excellence in the support and management of our cloud infrastructure.
You will assist the Cloud Platform team to provide support for the entire business, customers and business partners as required. This role encompasses Cloud SaaS and PaaS, Servers, Containers, Vulnerability Management, and project group support.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administration & level 1/2 support of both Windows and Linux Servers
Perform administration of Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms
Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes or workarounds to restore service quickly.
Responsible for Vulnerability Remediation of Windows and Linux Servers and Cloud Services (Azure and AWS)
