The Cloud Engineer –is a senior technical resource responsible for executing complex project work, resolving escalated technical issues, and supporting internal technical improvement initiatives. This role works closely with the CTO and IT Director to implement approved designs across Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, and security. The engineer acts as a technical leader and escalation point, ensuring high-quality execution while mentoring lower-tier engineers through solutions.
