Role Summary

Lead the Cloud Engineering team responsible for the company's core infrastructure, ensuring a secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient platform that supports over 100 developers and product teams. This is a highly technical role with a strong focus on Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Cloud Engineering team.
• Design and evolve Azure infrastructure (AKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ensure monitoring, observability, and reliability (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, Platform, and FinOps teams.
