Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure, M365)

Summary
The Infrastructure & Cloud Services Engineer installs, configures, and monitors cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and Omni‑Channel Unified Communications platforms. This role identifies technical deficiencies, configures production environments, partners with stakeholders and Network Services, initially reports to the CTO, and delivers secure, recoverable, and customer‑focused infrastructure and UC solutions.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and monitor cloud infrastructure, including three‑tier and hyperconverged architectures.
Design, deploy, maintain, and support Omni‑Channel Unified Communications platforms (e.g., 8x8, Cisco) and integrate channels (SMS, WhatsApp) with CRM and internal systems.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure resources, O365 messaging, OneDrive, SharePoint, Active Directory , Azure services, and Microsoft Intune with Autopilot.
