Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - (Public Sector)

At Xtremax, our ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud) play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for our cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will work closely with application, security and other internal teams, along with external vendors to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of cloud environment. Candidates with public sector experience are preferred, as the role supports government IT projects. The ideal candidate should understand cloud platforms, Landing Zones, and cloud infrastructure, and have proven experience managing and supporting cloud services.
Responsibility:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based infrastructure and services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
• Collaborate with application, security, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues related to cloud-based services and infrastructure.
