Overview

Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client specific solutions. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision. Leverages TD executives for support. Proactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability. Makes adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives. Identify appropriate opportunity to sell TD full portfolio of products and services. Develops strategic business plans, and effectively present to TD management. Provides regional level direction in the absence of the manager. On a daily basis provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc. Viewed by supporting departments management teams as a change agent and subject matter expert.
