Cloud Operations Engineer

The Cloud Operations Lead will provide day to day support to all AIA business units using AIA's Azure public cloud platform including but not limited to incident-, change-, request- and problem management. This role focuses on leveraging azure services administration tasks and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
Provide training and support to team members.
