We are seeking a proactive and strategic Cloud Operations Manager to oversee the operational excellence, service delivery, and client success of our cloud services. This role combines the responsibilities of managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service reliability, and building strong customer relationships to maximize value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Service Delivery & Performance
Own end-to-end cloud service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met.
