Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Support Engineer.The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system administration tasks. The role includes monitoring and maintaining cloud environments, ensuring network security, and assisting in networking setup and maintenance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide excellent technical solutions to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
Proficiency in System Administration, including managing operating systems, cloud environments, and virtual platforms.
Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices.
Experience with Networking, including LAN, WAN, and network topology configurations.
