Cloud Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle technical issues of customers regarding Alibaba Cloud and provide technical solutions.

2. According to the project requirements and in line with the service Statement of Work (SOW), provide delivery and implementation work, and assist customers in cloud migration.

3. Complete the project-related work arranged by the technical manager on time and ensure the quality of completion.

4. Have a certain ability to analyze difficult problems and be able to follow up on the progress of problem-solving until the problems are solved.

5. Be responsible for summarizing the usage situation of customers and updating the documents in a timely manner for new problems.

6. Be responsible for improving the work efficiency of the team and be able to make improvements through automated tools.
