About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing cloud-native software company specializing in Kubernetes, container platforms, and DevOps solutions.
They work with leading enterprise clients across APAC, including major financial institutions, delivering scalable and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, guidance and training during product trials and implementation
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with sales on solution design
- Prepare technical documents (proposals, implementation plans, reports)
- Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D
