Cloud Support Engineer

Zolon is a prime contractor with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide Software Development, Maintenance, and Support. This is a 5-year program providing HHS with Application Development, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Infrastructure Optimization. We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support the Cloud/Infrastructure team.

Job Duties:
Maintain the Cloud (AWS) environment, support, and operations.
Configure, deploy, and manage infrastructure in AWS, leveraging core services including EC2, S3, VPCs, security groups, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SSM, and IAM.
Configure, deploy, and manage AWS cloud operational tools to ensure service level agreements and performance targets are met, and continued compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines.
Serve as a point of contact for all cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise applications
