Cloud Wintel Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Cloud Wintel Engineer with strong Windows administration skills and hands‑on exposure to AWS environments. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining Windows‑based workloads across on‑premises and cloud platforms, with emphasis on security, compliance, and operational stability in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) across on‑prem and AWS environments
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS , and Windows clustering
• Handle incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring SLA adherence
• Perform patch management and coordinate scheduled patch cycles using WSUS, SCCM, or AWS Systems Manager
