Club Lounge Supervisor

The Role

• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are delivered consistently.

• Support and develop front-of-house staff through training, feedback, and leadership.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Complete Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
