Club Operations Assistant

Summary This position will be assigned to the JBSA Randolph Clubs. This is a flexible category position with no guaranteed hours, may work up to 40 hrs./wk. Scheduled as needed. Employees appointed to a flexible (intermittent) category position are not eligible for benefits. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assists the Club Manager in the economic and efficient operation of the club. Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during the absence of the manager and assistant manager and normally at night or on weekends. Serves as a person in charge of the club during assigned shifts, maintaining the overall security of the club resources, including cash, controlled forms, consumable products, non-consumable products, fixtures, and furnishing.
