Position Summary

TheClub Supervisorplays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the fitness club. This position supports the Club Manager/Owner by overseeing staff, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring the club runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily club operations and ensure all opening/closing procedures are followed
• Lead, coach, and motivate front desk and floor staff to deliver outstanding member service
