Cluster 8 is seeking a professional, skilled and experienced RTLB to join our innovative, future-focused team as a practice leader. Our cluster values wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration and is grounded in He Pikorua, Te Tūāpapa, and a layered, integrated support approach. We are looking for an experienced, trained RTLB with strong leadership capability, casework expertise, supervision and mentoring skills, IT and digital confidence, and the ability to lead practice across a diverse and dynamic team.
